about the series
Right now, a singular title, Yours, Mine, and Ours: A Peyton’s Place Story, makes up the Peyton’s Place Series. It consists of three connected short stories, two of which were previously featured in anthologies, but the concluding piece of the story exists only as part of the three-short set. The rest of Peyton’s Place will explore the lives of people connected via the Vermont inn of the same name. Future Peyton’s Place Series Books will consist of at least two shorter stories featuring the same main characters. Each book will include secondary characters who might appear in other stories, but they are standalone narratives.
How Peyton’s Place relates to other Lucy Gage stories
The world of my Peyton’s Place Series is separate from my Ward Sisters Series in many ways. The stories follow a different format, point of view structure, and group of people who are staff and visitors at a fictional Vermont inn near Burlington. Some segments venture to other settings. No connections to Ward Sisters currently exist, and the plans for those stories do not involve any crossovers.
